ACTS 18:2
“Paul met Aquila and Priscilla, who had recently come from Italy because Claudius had ordered all Jews to leave Rome.”
Claudius reigned from 41 to 54 AD. His edict expelling Jews from Rome is confirmed by the historian Suetonius (Claudius 25.4) and dated to approximately 49 AD. This order directly caused Aquila and Priscilla to travel to Corinth, where Paul met them. Without Claudius's expulsion, two of Paul's most important co-workers would not have been in Corinth. They are mentioned in Romans, 1 Corinthians, and 2 Timothy.
